I am a chef living with food allergies and sensitivities. I tolerate a lot but not gluten, peanuts or tree nuts. Pineapples are definitely not my friends, but that’s ok they do their thing and I do mine. Dairy and I get along great but it’s my wife’s arch enemy. This makes grabbing a quick treat difficult for us. My solution was to use my experience and education (Johnson & Wales ‘99) to adapt recipes and make them safe for us to eat. After many years of spoiling myself and loved ones with delicious treats, it’s only fair to share them with the world. That’s where Quirky Kestrel comes into play, I have a cottage bakery license, I bake delicious treats in our home kitchen and sell them directly to customers.
